Personal identification information

Registration is not required to use basic services of the website but registration allows you make full use of the features on the site. When you create a user profile, we will collect and process the following personal data as the minimum information required:

Once you have created a user profile, you will have the option to add additional personal data to your profile on a voluntary basis. You can amend or delete your personal data in your user profile at any time.
If you are a broadcaster or advertiser, then we may collect additional information to verify your identity or render services to you. These can include but not limited to a work email, phone and payment information.
Payment information is securely stored and processed by Stripe. PureStreams does not have any access to your payment details.

These legal bases depend on the services you use and how you use them, meaning we collect and use your information only where:

· other users when you share personal information or otherwise interact with public areas of the site. Such personal information may also be viewed by users and may be publicly distributed outside the site. Currently, the only avenue for this is in the reviews section.
We do not sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties.
5. International transfers of personal information
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in United States, or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure to these overseas third parties.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

By using PureStreams, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the site. If we learn that unauthorized personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any unauthorized data we have collected from children under age 18, please contact us.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.
Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication. If you have an active account, we will still need to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.

If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us.
